“I am excited to be at a center that both values and is also at the helm of evidence-based patient care, research, innovation and education,” says Dr. Odera. “I have in the past been keen regarding both research and education, and I am eager to continue doing so as assistant professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
“We are incredibly excited and pleased to have Dr. Odera join our group,” says Brian Bast, DMD, MD, Chair of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. “He brings a unique skill set that combines a robust understanding of the basic sciences and exceptional surgical ability. He is a strong addition to our department, school and medical center. I know that he will have a long and successful academic career."
