Summary

The Big Island of Hawaii is the setting for our 21st International Symposium in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and our pre-conference meeting. Our resort, The Fairmont Orchid at Mauna Lani Resort, is an award-winning luxury retreat. Located about 30 minutes from Kona Airport, the setting is 32 tropical acres fronting a bay on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast, with coconut palms lining a white sand lagoon.
